In 1996, opened the first Italianni's branch outside the US.
In 2006, it brought in Fish & Co. seafood in a pan restaurant. A Singapore based restaurant chain with restaurants in Asia Pacific.
Bistro's desire to challenge itself never stops. In 2008, it formed CRCI, Creative Restaurant Concepts, Inc. and created homegrown concepts like, Pig Out, Billy Rock and the recently opened Krazy Garlik Restaurant.
Today, Bistro operates 11 TGI Friday's, 13 Italianni's, 5 Fish & Co, 4 Flapjacks, 1 Billy Rock, 1 Pig Out and 1 Krazy Garlik and counting.....
