Welcome to ANUNSYO.NET, a web-based advertising, trading and announcement site where people can browse, buy, sell/trade goods and services and announce events and other activities. The owners and developers of this site intends to provide an electronic/digital venue where buyers, sellers and browsers can meet. The site requires no membership for those who will just browse through the site for its content/s. However, membership is required to enable uploading of ads/items/announcements and to qualify to join the contests on the site.
Before you proceed, please read through all of the information below to protect you while you navigate this site. ANUNSYO.NET, like all other websites, offer services and information that may be in conflict with your general welfare/interest.
By accessing this site and by being a member of ANUNSYO.NET, you agree to the terms and conditions of use that is detailed here. These terms and conditions of use may be updated from time to time and it is the responsibility of members and guests to check if there are changes to these terms and conditions of use to continue enjoying the use of this site.
I. HOW TO BE A MEMBER
To be a member of the site, one must fill-out completely and accurately (no misrepresentations, otherwise, the membership will be cancelled and member will be banned from becoming a member of this site) the required membership details which include the following:

- EMAIL ADDRESS

- OCCUPATION
- COMPANY
We suggest that you fill-out the membership form accurately especially if you are going to join our online contests/promos (or in the future will join the contests). If by chance you were chosen a winner in any of our games or contests and your actual ID or personal information does not match/tally with the data you have submitted when claiming prize/s, then we will forfeit your prize and raffle it off again to someone who will again be subjected to the same personal details confirmation. Only those who can present proper documents to validate their personal details will qualify to claim the prize/s.
Upon registration completion (confirmation is system-generated via e-mail), members will be provided with a USERNAME account and the accompanying password chosen by the member himself. Members agree to safeguard their ANUNSYO.NET account. ANUNSYO.NET will not take any responsibility should other people be able to access their file other than themselves nor will ANUNSYO.NET take any responsibility for damages/losses arising from the breach/compromise of any member's account security/password.
Members also agree to update their personal information details (like change of address, change/new contact numbers, change of surname by virtue of marriage, change of email address etc.) regularly. Again, if a member is found to have misrepresented themselves in providing such personal information (willfully or otherwise), ANUNSYO.NET reserves the right to terminate the member and his membership.

By browsing through ANUNSYO.NET or by signing-up to be its member, you agree that:

Ads with any of the aforesaid content will automatically be deleted and the member (advertiser, browser, buyer or trader) concerned or involved will be banned from the site AND MAY BE PERSECUTED OR CHARGED IN COURT.

You concur that ANUNSYO.NET does not issue any warranty for any or all of the content on this site, INCLUDING SAFETY, EFFICIENCY AND REPLACEMENT. You will hold yourself accountable if and when you encounter any loss, injury, damages or suffering from this site.

Links on the site will connect you to our partners/advertisers site or to other sites as may be directed by us, our advertisers and partners. III. VIOLATIONS
Any violation from these TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE as identified above will be dealt with accordingly. If there is a complaint filed by any of our guests and members against any member of ANUNSYO.NET, we will be process said complaint and deal with it accordingly as well. Sanctions may vary between suspension, account termination, banning or if the offense or violation is too extreme, then we will report you to the proper authorities. The decision of ANUNSYO.NET is final and should you have some concerns, just write or e-mail us and we will try to respond the soonest time possible and explain the reason behind our decision.
IV. UPLOADING OF PHOTOS/CONTENTS IN THE SITE
Members confirm that the information/data they submit or post here (photos, videos, music clips, and other files/digital information) at ANUNSYO.NET is legally obtained and is free from any liens, claims or patents. Infringements or other legal, social, moral or civil issues/claims arising from such information/data submitted is the sole responsibility of the member.
V. HOW TO UPLOAD ADS/ANNOUNCEMENTS
Uploading ads/announcements within ANUNSYO.NET is easy. To upload your ads, just proceed to the UPLOAD PORTION and click place your ads here. Make sure that you properly identify the ad by filling-in the necessary information to describe it. For example:

k) Your ad request will be processed (subject to checking of the content of your request) prior to it's actual uploading online

VII. RESTRICTED AREAS
There may be areas in the site that's intended only for mature audiences. Access to these, if any, requires visitors/members to click first a button to confirm that they are of legal age.
VIII. UPDATES/CANCELLATION/TERMINATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP
You can update your own account (for change of address, change of email, change of surname – for women who married or who has separated, change of mailing address, etc) via the YOUR ACCOUNT tab.
You also have the option to cancel/terminate your account with us. Just send us and e-mail with the details of your account to inform us of your desire to cancel/terminate it. Just give us reasonable time to process your request and we will act on it.
IX. HOW TO CANCEL/UPDATE AN AD
You can cancel the ads you've posted (if the item has already been sold or if the event you are announcing has transpired already, etc.) or update the same for additional information or corrections, easily. Again, just access your account under YOUR ACCOUNT tab and find the YOUR ADS portion to make the necessary changes/updates. Just navigate your way through YOUR ACCOUNT and you will be able to make the adjustment by yourself.
